All bookings are made under the applicable Uniform Hotel Conditions (UHC), which can be viewed here. The UHC are binding for everyone who uses our services.

The following terms are valid for online reservations made at the website of Hotel Casa 400 Amsterdam.

Smoking in Hotel Casa 400 is not permitted.

Regular online reservation:

• The reservation is guaranteed for late arrival
• In case you provided a credit card guarantee the total amount of your stay will be charged during check-out
• In case you paid the room rate with Ideal, only remaining or extra costs need to be paid during check-out.
• During check-in we make an authorization of €50,00 per night with a maximum of €100,00 per stay.
• In case we can’t make an authorization on your credit card we will ask for a deposit of €50,00 per night with a maximum of €100,00 per stay.
• Check-in 3PM on day of arrival, check-out before 12 PM on day of departure
• Breakfast is € 15,00 per person and is served between 6.30 AM and 10:00 AM (weekend 12:00 PM)
• Cancellation is free of charge until 1 day before arrival until 16:00PM, otherwise the first night will be charged.
• In case of no-show the first night will be charged.
• Parking in our underground car park costs €1,50 per half hour with a maximum of €20,00 per 24 hours. Parking is based upon availability and a ‘first come first serve’ policy applies.

Non-refundable online reservation:

• The reservation is guaranteed for late arrival
• It is not possible to cancel or change the reservation date
• The total amount of the reservation will be charged from your credit card
• During check-in we make an authorization of €50,00 per night with a maximum of €100,00 per stay.
• In case we can’t make an authorization on your credit card we will ask for a deposit of €50,00 per night with a maximum of €100,00 per stay.
• Breakfast is € 15,00 per person and is served between 6.30 AM and 10:00 AM (weekend 12:00am)
