At Hotel Casa 400 we take the environment very serious, this is why we continuously strive to have a sustainable balance between financial aspects of our operations and social and ecological impact of these operations. This balance is established according the three pillars people, planet and profit.

Hotel Casa 400 aims to:

Deliver services that meet or exceed the expectations of our guests ass well provide convertible housing for our student tenants.

To fully comply with legislative and regulatory obligations Casa 400 will:

• Recognise the importance of the environment considering all Casa 400 operations
• Comply with all legislative requirements concerning environmental issues
• Train and instruct staff on environmental policies so they are mutual responsible for complying with environmental policies and take away any obstacles to ensure continues improvement on these issues
• Review all progress concerning environmental issues by setting up monitoring programs
• Reduce waste from our activities wherever possible, and where we produce waste we will maximize the amount that is either reused or recycled
• Commit to a charity for a period of at least three years
