Conference rooms (up to 350 persons)

The six conference rooms are perfect for training programs, conferences and business meetings. Those rooms have a capacity up to 80 persons. It is possible to connect University of Amsterdam 1, 2, 3 and 4 in order to facilitate 350 persons. Furthermore, Erasmus 1 and 2 can be connected in order to facilitate 160 persons. The conference rooms have a height of 5 meter.

The University of Amsterdam and Erasmus are equipped with: projector and projection screen, sound equipment with a wireless microphone.

The projector suffices the newest widescreen standards. It is possible to connect a computer, laptop, DVD/video-player, Blu Ray player and camera at this system. The system is easy to use by a touch screen.

The above mentioned audiovisuals are included in the tariffs. Hotel Casa 400 also has a business centre at the conference hall which can be used during large conferences.
